Script writing
- This foundation is fundamental for a successful animation project. We craft the plot, characters and humorous elements for story development.

Concept design
- Before we begin with storyboarding, we design the concept to establish the look and feel of the animation
- We sketch and refine character depictions, expressions as well as movements for character design

Storyboarding
- This is where the script is translated into a visual sequence and key scenes are sketched to represents the story
- We further define how scenes will be framed which is inclusive of wide shots, close-ups and camera movements. This all serves as a guide showing how the final animation will flow
Production
Animation
- Once the development phase is complete, we move on to the animation phase. This is where brining characters to life comes to practice using 2D and 3D animation, motion capturing, Frame timing as well as Motion tweaks
Illustration
- We create detailed environments that match the animation which include character refinement as well as visual Effects to ensure illustrations maintains a visually cohesive and appealing aesthetic
Voice -over
- This is where we add dialogue and character personality to tthe animation. This stage involves casting and recording in the studio from our own voice-over artists.
- Furthermore, matching voice-over to character mouth movements for realistic speech
- This also involves sound effects and audio mixing like background noises, ambient sounds and character reactions
Marketing & Distribution
Promotions
- We use social media marketing such as sharing snippets or trailers of series productions on platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Youtube as well as Tik-Tok. This is inclusive of interacting with the fanbase to connect with the audience. This is to increases interest before and after release
Broadcasting
- We have multiple television networks and streaming services where we license our animation to platforms such as the South African Broadcasting Channel (SABC) as well as Mzansi Magics Moja Love TV.

- Boosting the success of any animation is done through partnerships
- We partner with toy companies to create mascots as well as fast-food chains such as chicken licken
- we further secure sponsorships and advertising deals with businesses such as Sector Education and Training Authority and Hollywood bets to gain visibility and fund marketing

Brand collaboration
- We design, create and distribute special collection apparel featuring our characters
- We outsource our mascots to events such as DSTV Delicious to expand brand presence through live events
